Trout Crank Fat

Growing up in the downtown of salmon were the end all and be all fish in the big fight for us. The River Humber was the first that discovered them. We used take the subway there every day after school when the salmon runs. We used to use marshmellows and thought that you loved to eat, I soon realized that Marshmellow floated just above the bottom enough that the bait fish can breathe rather than eat most of the time. Once I realized this sad fact of the Salmon fishing was a bit boring for me. Until one day in high school I started about a Mepps subject age at the bottom of the river Humber, hoping to connect with a pike. In this day and I thought I was beaten giant that had the lance of a lifetime in the mountains to over 20 pounds of salmon with the wheel hanging from the side of his mouth. I was so excited that the fish reach the bait. This was the fish that caused the old love "The king of the city." From I discovered then that will reach all types of bait, if the weather is right.

Every year there is a time when the salmon come from all over Lake Ontario and grouped at the mouths of rivers in cities across southern Ontario. I never miss that magical moment when the giants of Lake Ontario are ready to hit baits with a rare type of instinctive rage, lol! You know what I'm talking about if you have ever felt a salmon destroy your bait in a retreive, if you've never experienced this Truth is lost. And if these fish can do and destroy your baits often enough. I've had fish division rings bend straight, curved hooks straight and pull my wiring the right of the raft Crankbaits, incredible and I love it, lol!

The key to catching the perpetrators is the water temperature. If water is in the mid – low 60s and has an excellent opportunity to connect with a real "cow Sow. When water is in the high 60 and higher can see fish everywhere, but booking one to bite is another story.

Another factor to consider is the clarity of water. If the water is like chocolate milk you can forget to connect one legally with a decoy. The clearer the water the better is for the most part, but there have been times in stained water where they have beaten them.

As teams I like heavy equipment. I like using 7'6 "Santa Cruz Palos Tournament Flippin Legend MH" for supporting giant spoons, swimbaits and cranks. These bars are impressive because the tip is softer than most fippin 'sticks on the market. This weakness allows Crankbaits wobble very well and also allows the muscles of the fish without breaking. Despite its soft tip rod has plenty of backbone that allows them power and get tired before you queue. Reels I'm using are Cacutta, the Chronarch and Curado's. I've been tail of the reels with Berkley XT 17-20 pounds Crankbaits and Swimbaits. When fishing 20-pound bucket of energy has been the number one performer.

When the water has been in the hot end of the spectrum spoons have preferred temperature Cranks out occurred mostly. The most successful recovery has been working with the spoons has been the slow, steady retrieve. However, the template and flutter back has had its days so do not be afraid to experiment. Each bucket in the market can work, but those who have worked best for me are Williams Trophy Taker, Glow Cleo Large "no name" five diamonds brilliance of ladles and Northern Kings (ideal for technical staff and flutter).

Crankbaits have worked best also in a slow steady retreive. But there was time to shake Rogues Husky and the idiot, jerk, pause has killed! We've found that in almost every type of Crank imaginable. Here is a list of some of the lures that have caught on: Taildancers Rapala, Rapala J13, the Rapala Risto Raps, Rapala Shad Raps (one of my best days if this was a pattern of bait firetiger) Rattlin Raps ', Bill Norman Crankbaits low, Rattlin Spots', a long bomber in diving superficial and deep diving Husky Jerks, Rattlin Rogues' Wally Diver's, Wally's Minnow, Fat Free Shad, Reef Runner's, Fast Trac Minnow and the list goes on, lol!, Oh yeah I've even caught one on a spinnerbait near the Toronto Islands! Some days I only change the lures, sometimes you catch one and then anything until you change lures. Switching often baits sometimes can really afford, but make sure you have a quality supplement that will not bend on you. Overall Crankbait fishing I like to improve the spoon fishing for salmon, as they tend to break more Cranks! When the night is set to use the tape in my Crank brightness for the fish can see my best bait. I reload the tape with the camera flash occasionally. I do the same brightness with the spoon.

I'll be there tonight, because water is cooling in the hunch that the time and I have to 'rods that have the block on fire! Hope to see you there.

Peace T

Passion best describes Taro Murata. Introduced to fishing at the age of 3 by his grandmother, Taro’s love of fishing remains unchallenged!

Growing up in downtown Toronto, Taro had limited access to rural fishing experiences. Taro then began exploring and fishing every body of water that was accessible in downtown Toronto. He challenged the myth that good fishing was only found in northern locations. Taro’s experiment of fishing urban waters quickly proved to be an overwhelming success! This philosophy of fishing urban waters even influenced where he went to university! Talk about passion!! He researched various universities that didn’t meet his criteria of being next to a body of water until Taro chose Carlton University in Ottawa. His decision for going there?, “because it’s located along the Rideau River and the Rideau Canal!” He quickly proved his theory correct once again. His enthusiasm and passion for fishing quickly spread across campus introducing the sport to a new generation.

After completing university, Taro found himself teaching English in Hong Kong. Surrounded by water, fishing was never far from his mind. It was during this time that Taro began to combine his love of fishing with his natural ability to teach. Taro’s passion and energy transformed fishing into an art form! He wanted to spread the word that you could catch fish in urban waters! Taro has taken this philosophy all over the world; from monster Sea Bass in Hong Kong to Stripers in the Bronx!

Taro created Fish City TV to introduce urban fishing to the masses. He wants to share his wealth of knowledge with the hope that they too will be inspired! Like Taro always says, “get fish or die trying!” Taro is also a top ten tournament angler, a full time sport fishing guide, http://www.fishcitytours.com
