How can I get rid of this?!? Please help! I’m desprate!?
I’ve had this giant friggin horse fly(he’s HUGE!) in my bedroom for the last week or so. I cannot seem to get rid of him, neither can my bf. We’ve tried swatting him but I think he’s just laughing at us. He likes to zoom around my room(loudly), swoop by my face as well as irritate my dog. He actually woke us both up this morning by irritating my dog to where she growled loudly at him. Fly strips won’t work either. PLEASE HELP ME!!! I know they carry diseases & bite. I want him GONE!!! NOW!!! Is there some kind of chemical I can put in a jar to lure him to his death or something? Also, I’ve left the door open this entire time to see if he’ll leave, no luck & I’m not taking my screen out & opening my window, more bugs will get in & knowing him, he’ll stay. I want him dead!! I’m going nuts!!! Please, please help me!
Ahhh, the dreaded horse fly! Put a bowl of sugar water on your dresser or table and close the door. Eventually he will probably try to get some and fall in. I would suggest staying in the room because if he is a big one he might be able to crawl out and dry off. I would also suggest getting a fly swatter and brawling with him til the death!
